Our story begins way back near the start of the millennium when our parents told us “you can be and do anything you want”. We didn't know it but that would lay the groundwork for all of our big dreaming and scheming.
From community talent shows to carnivals to elaborate birthday parties, our love of gathering people together for an event was born.
And more than 10 years ago, Tay and Jordan opened the doors to Bixby + Pine, and haven't looked back!
We take things seriously.
But we also laugh a lot!

This isn't just a company or a brand, it's an extension of who we are, as people, which means our personal thoughts, beliefs, and philosophies are woven into every aspect of our business.
We value relationships and experiences most--and weddings and events are experiences to celebrate relationships.
At the top of our priority list is the experience you two have planning your wedding, your guests' experience on your wedding day, and your experience (and ability) to soak in every single moment (cuz it's gonna go so fast).
We produced our very first daycare talent show.
We choreographed dances, planned wardrobe, and put on a show year after year.

We planned our first wedding for a friend.
We didn't know what we were doing but we linked arms and used Google like it was the Bible.
We formed a business in our home offices.
We sat in the living room and brainstormed business names and offerings.
We left our day jobs to pursue our dreams fully.
Scary and exhilerating, we left our 9 to 5's, built a studio, and went full throttle.
It started at daycare, producing talent shows and planning birthday parties.

Taylor is the creative force behind Bixby + Pine's weddings and events, overseeing everything from stationery to florals and tablescapes. With a passion for crafting meaningful guest experiences, she ensures every event is deeply personal and beautifully designed.
Beyond her work, Taylor loves making memories with family and friends, always finding ways to make even the smallest moments special. Known for her visionary creativity and genuine honesty, Taylor is a cornerstone of the Bixby + Pine team.
Tay's obsessed with her daughter Wes and husband Cam, Dots Southwestern pretzels, the whip cream at the end of a blended vanilla chai, white nail polish, Kelsea Ballerini, red sangria, family bon fires, watching her parents be grandparents, Law & Order: SVU, and massages.
Jordan
FOUNDER | OWNER | LEAD COORDINATOR AND PRODUCER
Jordan is the lead coordinator and producer at Bixby + Pine, where she heads up the planning and logistics for the day. From curating the perfect vendors for your needs to making sure the timeline flows perfectly, Jordan is your go-to girl.
With a background in childcare, Jordan brings a unique way of keeping things organized and making sure everything stays on schedule, all while ensuring that the event is executed flawlessly.
Jordan is fills her downtime with her husband and their tiny humans and their nieces and nephews, reading romance novels (only ones with happy endings), and binge watching reality television.
Known for her get-it-done attitude, Jordan is a cornerstone of the Bixby + Pine team, bringing both logic and determination to every project.
