Brenda + David’s love story is one marked by thoughtfulness and intention, so it came as no surprise that they chose August 14th as their wedding date. It was Brenda’s late parents’ anniversary, and in her heart, it was the most meaningful day to say “I do.” Though not all of David’s family could be present that day, they made it official at the King County Courthouse with a judge before commemorating the day with photos, drinks, and an intimate dinner.
Parcells Flower Co created Brenda’s bouquet, weaving in such a personal and heartfelt detail — a charm from Brenda’s daughters that held her parents’ ashes, along with an engraved cosmo, which her late mother once grew in her own garden. It was the most meaningful touch to hold close as she walked into this new chapter.
After the courthouse, they stopped at the Smith Tower for celebratory drinks. David chose one of his tried-and-true favorites, while Brenda let the bartender play with a riff on a Bee’s Knees, leaning into something creative, light, and celebratory.
Dinner reservations were waiting at The Corson Building, where the couple was greeted with a complimentary bottle of champagne and treated to a multi-course farm-to-table meal.
Surrounded by love and intention, Brenda + David marked the start of their marriage in a way that was true to them—intimate, meaningful, and unforgettable.
